Shipping policy

►Free Shipping: Free domestic shipping in Canada on all orders over $125.

►Production and Shipping: It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create one of our signs.

►Shipping to Canada: We ship via carrier service ( ie. UPS, Purolator, FedEx etc) .  They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to your province where they scan them in for delivery to you. Delivery takes place in 3-14 business days (14 business days for west coast). 

►Shipping to the USA: We use carrier services ( ie. UPS, Purolator, FedEx etc). They pick up our parcels at our office in London, Ontario and drive them to your location. The entire process takes about 7-10 business days for a parcel to arrive from Canada. 

►Shipping Options. I always include tracking so that you can track your own package and know exactly when to expect it.

If you would like to purchase additional tracking or insurance that will be at your own expense. Please let me know prior to purchase and I will add on the additional charges for the cost of insuring your package.

We take great care when packaging your product. Whenever possible we will use recycled packaging materials without compromising the safety of your purchase.

►Local Pickup. We offer contactless porch pickup orders in  London, Ontario and surrounding area.  Option available at checkout.
